Steps to Develop a WebQuest
1. Pick an appropriate Topic and Goal (State Standard, benchmarks).
2. Select a Task that engages higher level thinking.
3. Start creating the Web page (Web site) from scratch or using a template.
4. Develop the evaluation.
5. Design the process.
6. Create the documentation for other teachers.
7. Test and revise!
