Have you ever thought about the excitement of owning your own catering business?

We are teaming up with the business classes to wrap up our catering unit. You will apply what you know about catering and the restaurant business with what they know about entrepreneurship to venture out and apply it in the ‘real world’.

The process of organizing and assuming the risk of a business or enterprise is defined as entrepreneurship. Now is your opportunity to work with a team, be an entrepreneur and create your own catering business!

· Throughout the WebQuest there will be a variety of catering businesses pictures, feel free to click on the logo or the company picture and research their company. Look at pictures of their theme, menus and venues they serve (this will help formulate ideas for your business).

· Remember you may get ideas from these various corporations but you many not duplicate any of their specific designs.
