Introduction

You are now an expert in the field of Communication. As an expert communicator many people will ask you for advice in a variety of different relationships. In order for a relationship to be successful, good communication skills must exist.

Katie, a manger at Burgers To-Go is suffering from lack of communication between her employees. She has called you in knowing you have just finished a unit on communication. She is interested in your advice and wants to figure out each employee’s communication style. She has asked for you to devise a quiz in order to distinguish their communication style. The characters and scenario will be describe in the TASK page.
