You are a restaurant manager in a small town in Colorado.  There has been a recent outbreak of food borne illness in your town and the nearest major city.  These outbreaks have been the result of poor food handling practices and the appearance of various microorganisms in the food supply. Many of your neighbors have been getting ill and even your Grandmother has had to battle with food poisoning. As a result, your restaurant’s profitability is suffering since less people are willing to go out to eat due to their fears of getting sick. Your business was already struggling before this outbreak, and any more loss of profit could result in layoffs of wait staff or even the closure of your restaurant.  Something must be done to ensure the safety of your customers, and soon.
